Holiday Market Stall Application

This is NOT an application form for the FESTIVAL markets.

This is for the HOLIDAY markets to be held AFTER the festival in April 2017, October 2017 and January, 2018.

Holiday markets will be held 8am-2pm on Mondays April 17, October 2, 2017 and January 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2018.

    *Gates will be open at 6.30am and all Vehicles must to be removed before 7.30am. Please check with market organisers for appropriate assigned parking areas. *Gates will not re-open until 2.00pm. No exceptions.  Stall holders are welcome to pack up and walk belongings to their vehicles but no vehicles are permitted to re-enter the grounds until 2.00pm. *All stalls are to be set up within boundaries of site measurements. Size of Sites and requirements are: Standard sites to allow a 3 metre x 3 metre Marquees or tent (supplied by stall holder). All Marquees must have weights on all 4 posts (to comply with State & Federal Public risk requirements). For example weights, sand bags. All sites are on bitumen.  Displays and signage must also be adequately secured and remain within your boundary. *All stallholders must have their own public liability insurance of no less than $10 million and must supply a copy to market organisers prior to set up. *Stall holders working directly with children must supply proof of working with children certificate. *All Food Handling and safety regulations must be followed. Eg: Sanitising facilities, temperature control and correct labelling. *Only biodegradable plastic bags or paper bags are to be used on the day. *Clean up - please ensure to remove all rubbish from your site by disposing of elsewhere as we are very limited with bins.   *All stallholders have different requirements when setting up & packing down, please be patient & considerate with each other and respect the space you have been allocated and the neighbours you will be working along side on the day. *The market is an all-weather event and fees are non refundable. The market can only be cancelled by the committee if conditions are deemed to be dangerous. In the event of this cancellation your stall fee will be transferred to the next market date.  *Committee has the right to approve or reject any application.
